Phased array is an advanced ultrasonic inspection technology that provides controlled excitation of individual elements in a multi-element transducer. The versatility of phased array inspection instruments allows simultaneous views of different presentations; sectoral views, A Scan, B Scan and C Scan presentations. Pine provides one of the industries’s most widely used phased array instruments manufactured by Olympus; the OmniScan MX is available with both 16:128 and 32:128 modules.
